➡️Workout Flow
*Athletes will start on the rower with hands behind their back. On the call of 3 2 1 Go. Athletes may then begin their 60/50 cal row. Once completed, athletes will make their way over to the Sandbag and skipping rope.
1 Athlete will start 120 double unders whilst the other holds the sandbag. Sandbag must be held on one shoulder with your hips locked out. Reps may be shared. *Athlete must be holding Sandbag on shoulder before other athlete can begin to double under.
Once completed, Athletes will then complete 20 sandbag cleans. Hips must be locked out, with arm clearance.
Athletes will then complete 200m sandbag carry (8x25m shuttles). Sandbag must be held in front, not on shoulders or back.
Once completed, Athletes will then make their way back up the workout. 20 sandbag cleans, 120 DU + sandbag hold, 60/50 cal row.
