Meet Carmel, my 66 year-old client that makes me super proud!
👉 Carmel started training with me following her daughters Brigitte and Mimi, who were very excited with their progress.
👉 We started gently, with short sessions twice a week just for her to feel comfortable and motivated.
👉 My main focus with her was on mobility, balance and strength. In one year, I can see Carmel is stronger and proudly active. And the most important thing: she is happier with her new lifestyle! Well done, Carmel! 👏
