If the arrival of Spring’s got you itching to get back in the water, come and join us for our next intro session.☀️Our intros are great if you:

🏊‍♀️ Can swim 100m continuously
🏊‍♂️ Are able to swim 1km within an hour
🏊 Are looking to swim more, either socially, competitively, or for fitness
🏳️‍🌈 Want to meet like-minded people from your community

Our next intro is on Sunday September 13 at Prince Alfred Park Pool. Spots are limited, so head to the link in our bio to secure yours.

All you’ll need is a cap, a towel, goggles, drink bottle, and a big ol’ smile. We’ll take care of the rest.

Our 2026 training schedule!

All sessions are 1 hour long, and we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to have a dry land warm up and chat with us.

Our session fees are $7 and $3.50 for concessions, not including pool entry fee.

We also have our she/her/they Sunday sessions every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month at 4pm Prince Alfred Park pool.
