稽古道場 Keiko Dojo Traditional Karate training in Sydney for children (5+) and adults. Building character, discipline, confidence and fitness through continuous practice.

Beginners welcome. 本會教練是香港體育學院註冊教練。教授沖繩剛柔流空手道。

上課時間：
逢星期日上午9:30~10:45 (13歲或以上)
逢星期日上午10:15~11:45 (6歲以上)
地點：明愛荃灣社區中心
荃灣楊屋道138號樂悠居商場一樓7-8號鋪

不定期深造班:
星期五晚上7:00~9:00
地點：荃灣區

Karate is more than learning how to punch and kick.
It is about developing discipline, respect, confidence and self-control — through continuous practice.

We welcome children aged 5+ and adults, whether you are completely new to karate or looking to return to training.

小星星空手道班練習又開始了，只要用心感覺，其實佢地同我以前教開的一班小朋友沒有根本上的分別，都是那麼天真活潑的；不同的只是表達方式。感恩有這個能陪伴佢地一齊玩一齊笑及舒展一根骨的機會。感謝被邀協助『港故仔』的【運動與關懷】的專訪拍攝工作期待...
