Synergy Gymnastics Academy At Synergy (Chatswood North Ryde), we cater for ALL gymnasts aged 4 and over. We can cater for recreational, levels and high performance athletes.

We have a very long history (20yrs+) in the Chatswood, Roseville, Lane Cove and North Ryde area. Promoting FUN, FITNESS & FRIENDSHIPS... Synergy RG provides basic and essential strength, flexibility and stamina to for girls aged 5 and above. Introducing hand held apparatus (Rope, Hoop, Ball, Clubs & Ribbon) this Olympic sport encourages body basics for the development of young bodies into ANY othe

r sporting future. Our coaches include our super friendly previous gymnasts, who have themselves competed in State and National high level competitions and have been students with us for on average 10 years :)
We love the fun and creativity they bring to our littles, using their own expertise in the gym. These recreational and levels coaches are overseen by our Senior coach, and Director, both who have High Performance accreditation with Gymnastics Australia. Our HP coaches have combined European & Australian experiences including World Championship coaching for Australia, Commonwealth Games medalists and 21 consecutive years representing NSW at The Australian National Championships. ALL our coaches and support staff are accredited with NSW Gymnastics & Gymnastics Australia. Contact us now for any of your needs as we love to cater for each athlete individually.

Our Level 6 girls took the floor and showcased the very best of both worlds — gymnastics AND theatrical performance! 🎭🤸‍♀️✨

After making the finals yesterday in their very first AGG competition, our Synergy Stardust girls have finished the competition as 🥈 Runner-Up Champions! 🏆🤩
To think this was their first-ever AGG competition makes this result even more special. The girls performed with confidence, teamwork, and so much heart, proving that when you believe in each other, amazing things can happen.

A huge thank you to Nicole for choreographing this incredible routine all the way from Hong Kong. Your creativity, dedication, and belief in these girls helped make this unforgettable result possible! 🫶

Our little stars truly sparkled on the carpet today! ✨💖

Just 3 weeks ago, these girls came together as a brand-new group. In such a short time, they learnt an entire routine, worked as one, and today they were rewarded by making it through to the AGG Finals! 🌟

What a phenomenal day for Team Synergy at the Marival Cup International Competition!🌏🎊
Our gymnasts delivered outstanding routines, with every athlete finishing on the podium and showing the rewards of their hard work, dedication and consistent training.

✨ Camille was unstoppable, completing a clean sweep of the Junior C category and being crowned Champion! 👑

✨ Harper claimed 🥇 1st Freehand, 🥇 1st Hoop, 🥈 2nd Ball, and was crowned 11–12A Champion! 👑

✨ Emma added to the medal tally with 🥇 1st Hoop, 🥈 2nd Freehand, and finished as Runner-Up Champion! 👏🥳

We couldn’t be prouder of their performances and the standard they continue to set.
