Fish oil or Krill oil? In the end it doesn’t matter. Just make sure that if your diet doesn’t contain small oily fish on a daily basis, take either fish oil or Krill oil daily to supply you with adequate dosage of EPA and DHA - these fatty acids cannot be manufactured by the body, and are required through diet every day for everything from nerve insulation to joint lubrication to heart health. Excellent dietary tips from an overall fat loss perspective in this video - not just for love handles. Have a watch. As they say, abs are made in the kitchen, not just the gym. Also reinforces the fact that weight training and resistance training is overall better for you rather than just doing cardio like a madman.

One thing I disagree with however - don’t do HIIT after a weight training workout. Or even in the same day. You’ll end up wasting the good effects of both. If you really need extra thermic burn, just do weights fasted and eat after a couple of hours.
