Child's Pose, also known as Balasana, is a restorative yoga pose and is one of the most populsr poses that I teach.
It is great for mental health as it activates the parsympathetic nervous system, reducing stress. Great for heart health as it lowers blood pressure and the heart rate. It also releives muscles tension and improves digestion.
