I need a little re-set, a re-charge, a reminder of how good it feels to stick to something and be accountable to my goals.
If I had to pick just 3 reasons, I'm doing the All Grit Ryde 6 Week Nutrition & Healthy Habits Challenge for:
1. ACCOUNTABILITY. Knowing others are in it with me, knowing a coach will check in with me will keep me mindful of my choices for 6 weeks. I'm much less likely to add the chocolate bar at the checkout if I know I have to write down what I ate. Being HELD accountable will teach me to hold MYSELF accountable.
2. DATA. Checking my weight in the scales is so 2023. I know that weight is just one data point and there is so much more going on. An InBody scan at the start and end of the challenge will give me insights about muscle mass, fat percentage, cellular hydration as well as base metabolic rate. Very useful info going forward to help set goals and realistic targets
3. PRIZES. OK, I won't win the prizes but I’ve got weekly prizes to give away to keep you motivated each week. Supplements from Cafe vouchers from and more! And one winner will score a Month free membership!!
