5:30pm - 6:45pm Junior/Family Class (8 years & up, all members welcome)

Tuesday & Thursday
6:00pm - 8:00pm Seniors Class (Highschool age & up, all grades)

Saturday
9:00am - 11:00am "ASE" Fighting & Fitness Class (No Dogi)

Just a reminder our first grading of the year is Saturday 28th of this month (March), line up at 8:45am for a 9:00am start. Two weeks to go so keep working toward this goal!
