Chookas to my beautiful ballerinas heading to Gladstone next week! 🩰✨

This will be my first time in four years not heading down, and the FOMO is very real! Every year is filled with getting out on stage and giving it your all, fun dinners, walks along the water and, of course, Glow Juice!

The Gladstone Eisteddfod always provides such a caring, fun and relaxed environment that allows every dancer to perform at their best and reach their potential.

Good luck to all our CEDS friends heading down too! I can’t wait for the FaceTimes, updates and all the stories to follow. Have the most wonderful time, I’ll be cheering you all on from home! 🤍

So incredibly proud of Ava and Marika for their beautiful performances at the Shirley Treacy Awards today! Both were selected as Regional Finalists after an open class, earning the opportunity to perform their variations.

We are so lucky to have these opportunities in our region. A huge thank you to the RAD and all the amazing volunteers who make days like today possible! 🤍🩰

RAD Ballet Exams 2026 🩰

Behind every exam is months of dedication, early mornings, late nights, sore muscles, self-doubt, determination, and countless hours of hard work.

I see the sacrifices you make. I see you balancing school, work, running businesses, raising families, and everything else life throws at you, yet you still show up week after week, giving your absolute best. That commitment is something to be incredibly proud of.

A very special congratulations to Marika on completing her Advanced 2 exam (and being my first advanced 2 student 🥹). What an incredible achievement! This has been such a journey, and through every challenge and every change, you’ve continued to prove to yourself just how capable you are. Advanced 2 is no easy feat, but you did it and you looked absolutely stunning doing it.

I am beyond proud of you and so grateful to have been part of your journey. I can’t wait to see where life and dance take you next. Never stop believing in yourself, because you truly can achieve anything you set your mind to.

To every student who walked through those exam doors over the past two days, congratulations. No matter the result, you’ve already accomplished something to be proud of.
