Why is Dance so important in the early years?

Dance is crucial in early childhood as it fosters physical development, creativity, and self-expression.

Through dance, children can improve their gross motor skills, balance, and coordination while exploring different rhythms and movements. It also promotes creativity, imagination, and confidence, laying the foundation for a lifelong appreciation of music and movement.

Additionally, dance helps children develop social skills, such as cooperation and communication, when dancing with others.

Buns Are Fun!!

Yesterday some of our Exam Students got together for our "Iced Tea & Buns" event.

The morning was filled with joy, laughter & memories are we perfected a beautiful ballet bun!

It was such a special moment when the dancer's got to practice on their Mummy's who looked so beautiful with their Buns!

Our "Twinkle Troupe" are ready to take to the stage on Monday at The Caboolture Family Fun Day!!

They have danced their hearts out, sung with joy & performed as a team that has made me so proud.

Pop along & support this incredible team of performers on stage at 11am. 💖

Our Mummy/ Daddy & Me classes are the perfect opportunity for lots of hugs, laughter & joy as you get to experience the magic of dance with your tiny human!

Our beautiful Mummy & Me (or Daddy & Me!) is a delightful Kinderballet ™ class for child and care-giver sharing in your child's dance experience. It incorporates props, imagery, songs & dancing encouraging a musical response through movement, basic co-ordination of gross motor skills and an introduction to ballet steps. Students work closely with their primary care giver, giving them a sense of security and confidence.
