Nationals Senator for NSW, Ross Cadell, has spoken in Parliament regarding the Federal Government’s response to increased regulation following the Bondi terrorist attack.

While acknowledging that antisemitism and terrorism are deeply distressing and must never be repeated in Australia, Senator Cadell highlighted the absurdity of introducing legislation that restricts the sport of gelsoft as a reaction to such an event.

We thank Senator Cadell for standing up for our sport and offering a fair, practical perspective on how these legislative changes are affecting our industry. We remain hopeful that a more balanced approach can be found - one that safeguards our sport and ensures the future of the gel ball community.
