We are 1 week away from the 2026 season!! Hope everyone is getting excited and ready for another awesome season. Clean out your kit bags and visit Leading Edge Sports for your new glove, helmet or other equipment you may need. But most importantly make sure your REGISTRATION is completed so you can take the diamonds!
Here is the draw for Saturday 12 September. Take note as there are differences in time slots from previous years.

Lakers are super proud of Henry, Mason and Jimmy who represented Met North at the 10-12 Yr School Softball Competition. Congratulations to Henry who was selected for the Qld Team 🙌

It’s been a while in since we updated our playing shirts and we are very excited to announce that starting next season 2027/28 (yes we are already planning for next season 😆) all our players will be showcasing our new playing shirts. Stay tuned for order information.
As we have a shortened and early start this year we will continue with our current playing shirts for 2026 season.
Note - Ladies there will also be a singlet option available

The LAKERS PINK WONDER WOMEN, are an amazing bunch of ladies that are fun both on and off the field. I should also mention that again we have used Masters Softball as an opportunity to donate to a charity which is BeUplifted that is close to our heart and a few of our Lakers own. We have raised $300💗

What a massive weekend for our Lakers members who played in the 2026 Master Tournament across many different teams. I’m sure there are plenty of sore bodies and heads waking up today!😆

Special shout out to Lakers Wombats (men) who won Gold in Div 5 (Timothy Gambrill Arthur Glass and Nadsy All Stars in Div 5) and Lakers Pink Wonder Women who won the silver in Div 11 (Paula Rawiri Wendy Monaghan and Chantal Johnson All Stars in Div 11). Other All Stars were Sala in Div 3, Rachael Bond in Div 5.

Thank you to all our managers who organise everything in the months leading up to the event and the scorers and umpires who give up their weekends. A big thank you to Redcliffe and Caboolture Assn for all your hard work getting the fields ready and feeding the crowds.

We had players across many teams including in Warriors, Dadgers, Sparqz, Panthers - But I’m sure that is not everyone so please leave a comment or send us your photos if I have missed anything and give a shout out to your team.
