Having realistic goals at the gym is important 😂

But in all seriousness, every body is different, and that’s something worth celebrating. We all come in different shapes, sizes and strengths, and there is no one “right” way to look.

Progress isn’t always something you can see in the mirror. Sometimes it’s lifting heavier, moving easier, feeling stronger, having more energy, or simply showing up for yourself consistently.

Your body is your home for life. Be kind to it. Appreciate it for everything it allows you to do. No comparisons. No pressure. Just positive movement and becoming the strongest version of you. 💜
