I can honestly say this is the happiest & healthiest I have felt within myself in such a long time! When I first started this journey, I never ever thought I would get to where I am now. I had a million doubts that I'd fail, go back to old eating habits or just not stick it out at all. I didn't have faith in myself one bit. But I have truly shocked myself! My mindset is in a completely different state & i have found such a happy place working out each day & eating healthy. I can honestly say these last few months haven't been at all easy but for once I am actually so proud of myself knowing I've given 110% with everything & have stuck it out the whole way through until the end. 🎊WINNER🎊

Huge congratulations to Ashleigh on winning our most recent 6 Week Challenge! Ashleigh started her new health and fitness journey on the 8th of January this year, where she took part in the first 28 Day Challenge, and then followed it up taking part in the next 6 Week Challenge. In just 12 weeks she has lost a total of 17.5kg and I could not be prouder! She has put in 110% effort into both her diet and her training, even when I’m not around which can be one of the hardest parts 💫

A lot of people always ask me what keeps me motivated, and this is it. There is no better feeling in this world then helping others to feel good about themselves. If there’s one thing I want to achieve in this lifetime it’s helping people feel confident and happy in their own skin, and the fact that I have the opportunity to do just that makes me feel incredibly blessed 💛
