Hi folks, send us a DM if you want us to give someone (or yourself) a shout out this week for achieving a milestone - that includes volunteers too. Typically multiples of 50s or 100s (the pedantic people out there will say but 100 is already a multiple of 50). We'll give a junior a shout for their 10th too.

Hope you enjoyed your opportunity to check out some other parkruns yesterday.

We have a pretty full roster this week but we need a TIMEKEEPER.

If anyone has too much time on their hands, we’d love it if you could share some of that with us.

**REMINDER - NO EVENT TOMORROW**

Hi folks! Just a reminder that there is no parkrun at North Lakes tomorrow - as our start/finish area is being used for an event. We'll be back on deck again next week (12 September).

Take the opportunity to visit one of our neighbouring parkruns, or maybe even enjoy a sleep in.... whatever that is!
