We specialise in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) & Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and offers classes for both children (juniors) and adults. We offer a range of classes for children 2yrs+ through to adults. With a focus on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) we offer classes for fitness, MMA sparring, BJJ, and also offer women’s only sessions.

All classes accommodate for all skill levels including beginner & intermediate and advanced and private training sessions are available. Located in North Lakes, ideally situated to service Deception Bay, Dakabin, Mango Hill, Rothwell, Kippa-Ring, Redcliffe, Newport, Scarborough, Clontarf, Griffin, Murrumba Downs & all surrounding areas.
