I won’t lie! I’m not a fan of the biggest looser!! Personally, my opinion only, don’t get me started as I can talk all week about this
So anyway.... when I saw this article I wasn’t looking forward to this read, however praise the god damn lord!!! Finally!! A celebrity who is a Pt who is a “fitness guru”, makes a living from her body and fitness knowledge talking about post baby body!! And it’s bloody refreshing to see how she looks after a baby!! Like most people!!! Not photoshopped or putting pressures on new mums to get back pre baby weight ....

Something to think about!

Here are 2 $5 notes. The one on the top has been through a hell of a time, been used and abused, mistreated and is just a complete mess. The one on the bottom is straight & crisp, as fresh as the day it was made.

Answer me this.... is the note on the top worth any less than the one on the bottom??? Of course it isn't! Why do we allow ourselves to believe that just because we have been through a rough time, we are any less of a person. Why do we constantly question our value?

So what is the moral of the story? Don't let anyone put you down just because you've been through a tough time, especially yourself! We are ALL equal, we have the same value, regardless of where we have been and what we have seen! We just have perfect imperfections which make us who we are!
