Rackley Swim Team North Lakes is a public community swim team, located at North Lakes Aquatic Centre.

The Rackley Squad Swimming Program at North Lakes provides Age Group Junior & Senior Squads & Adult Squad.

A massive thankyou and appreciation to Meg Harris who gave her invaluable time to come provide her insights and motivation to the swimmers yesterday. It was an amazing turnout and the swimmers took a lot away to put into action at their next session.

🌊 Adult Squad Swimming at Rackley North Lakes 🌊

Looking for a fun way to stay fit, challenge yourself, and connect with like-minded people? 💪🏊‍♂️.
Our Adult Squads are designed for swimmers of all abilities — whether you’re returning to the pool after a break, training for fitness, or aiming towards competition.

✅ When:
Monday 6:00–7:00pm
Wednesday 6:00–7:00pm
Saturday 6:00–7:00am

✅ Who can join:
Anyone who can confidently swim 25m or more — no matter your pace or experience.

🗓️Date: Monday 22nd, Tuesday 23rd and Thursday 25th September
⏱️Time: 11am - 1pm
Suitability: Achievers 2, Mini Squad, Junior Squad, Bronze Squad
Venue: North Lakes Aquatic Centre
💰Price: $60 for 1 Day, $150 for 3 Days

Monday
● Freestyle and Backstroke focus
● Speed, technique and Drill sets
● Dryland activities - focus on activation

Tuesday
● Breaststroke and Butterfly Focus
● Speed, technique and Drill sets
● Dryland activities - focus on BW gym

Thursday
● Race Skill and Speed focuscity
● Speed, technique and Drill sets
● Dive and back start drills and skills
● Timed sprints and relays
● Dryland activities - team building.

Equipment: kickboard, fins, pull buoy, caps, goggles, towels, sunscreen, and large water bottles.
Swimmers will also need dryland clothes and enclosed running shoes for each day of the clinic.

2022 Qld Short Course State Championships!

Proud of the efforts of our Rackley North Lakes Swim Team with a 3 day weekend of racing.

In Total:
A first Short Course State Champs for Jaxson and what a start with swimming 4 Races & 4pbs and Top 12 placing in 50m Breaststroke.

Hudson swimming 3 events and 3pbs and another qualifying time for NZ.

These boys need a pat on the back for their hard efforts and I look forward to more of our swimmers qualifying in State events in the near future.
