Class Timetable Update:
Our 5:30pm classes are now welcoming teens and adults! If you’re interested in training with your teen check us out! 😊

TUESDAY & THURSDAY:
KIDS (5-12 years) - 4pm (30 minutes)
TEENS (13+ years) - 4:30pm (45 minutes)
TEENS & ADULTS - 5:30pm (45 minutes)

As always your first session is free!

Come and train with your teen on Tuesday at 5:30pm, or come to the adults class on Thursday at 5:30pm. Small classes for all abilities capped at 8 participants.
