What I love about Ronnie's progress is that there's nothing extreme about it.

He aims to train just 2–3 times per week and focuses on being as consistent as possible with the basics.

Like most people, the biggest challenge isn't the workoutsβ€”it's staying on track with nutrition day after day. But by the looks of it, Ronnie has been doing exactly that.

While most people are waiting for the weather to warm up before they start, Rachel is already putting the work in.

Over the last 4 weeks she's lost:
βœ… 2.9kg body weight
βœ… 1.8% body fat

But what I love most is that she has a plan.

The goal now is to continue dropping another couple of percent body fat, then gradually increase calories and shift the focus towards building muscle and strength.

One of the things I love most about Maddy's result is that there wasn't some secret strategy or crazy diet behind it.

When I asked her what changed, the answer was simple:

That's it.

Most people stay stuck because they're trying to do two opposite things at the same time πŸ‘Š

Build muscle.
Lose fat.

Can you do both? Sometimes.

Should you try to do both forever? Probably not.

At some point you'll get better results by choosing one goal and committing to it for 6-8 weeks.

Want to get leaner?
Eat in a calorie deficit.

Want to build muscle and improve performance?
Eat around maintenance calories or slightly above.

The biggest mistake I see is people changing direction every week because they don't see immediate results.

Pick a goal.
Trust the process.
Stay consistent.

That's how you spend a year making progress instead of spinning your wheels.
