To those completing the this weekend, here are some tips from our sports nutrition coach 👇

✅ DO:
• Fruit. Apples, bananas, and fresh fruit
• Trail mix. Nuts, seeds, and dried fruit
• Nut butters. Almond or peanut butter sachets
• Dried fruit. Mango, apricots, sultanas
• Jerky. Great for a protein hit
• Energy or protein bars. Easy and convenient fuel
• Wraps or sandwiches. Mix sweet and savoury options to avoid flavour fatigue

💧 Hydration Tips:
• Bring electrolytes, especially in warmer weather or if you're a heavy sweater
• Bring plenty of water and refill when you can
• Choose foods that are light and easy to carry to reduce pack weight

⛔ DON’T:
• Introduce new foods or drinks you’ve never had before 💩
