Still training. Still showing up. Still not here for excuses.
Pregnancy isn’t a free pass to tap out and blow out — it’s a reason to show up with purpose.
Stronger pelvic floor, better sleep, lower stress, and a smoother recovery. Training during pregnancy (with the right guidance) builds strength, reduces aches, boosts energy, and helps prep for the real marathon: labour.
Shoutout to our powerhouse mamas doing the work. You’re built different. These ladies trained all the way up until D-Day and now have beautiful, healthy, strong tin lids.
