SATURDAY MORNING BOOTCAMP IS RETURNING

Yes, it is that time again!

It's come around fast and we are ready to tackle it hard! In case the NY celebrations continued a little longer than they should have, fear not, our 8am Bootcamp is back and kicking off on the 4th February '17!

RUN FREE - CO2 RUN CLUB - COMMENCING DECEMBER

December is a time of joy, fun and an inevitable influx of calories!
At CO2 we keep things real, we know you're going to indulge and we don't try to stop you, we do however promote balance and this is ever important during the month of December.

Our way of giving back this Christmas we are running FREE Run Clubs during December to help keep you on track and 'balanced' throughout the silly season. Our running groups are tailored to match all levels of fitness so no matter whether you're a newbie or an experienced runner, there's a spot for YOU!

We will be kicking off on Saturday the 10th December at 8am with a gentle 5km jog around the Five Dock area, further runs are scheduled below:

Tuesday 13th December, 6am, 4km
Thursday 15th December, 6:30pm, 6km
Saturday 17th December, 8am, 5km
Monday 19th December, 6am, 4km
Thursday 22nd December, 6:30pm, 6km
Saturday24th December, 8am, 10km

GOOD WORK AUSTRALIA!

A bit late in my opinion but fantastic that the shift is starting. Sugar is a drug, much like alcohol and ci******es, and it's about time that it was treated as such.

That said, let's now see more promotion around the healthier items and at the same time make them more affordable, this will deter people going for the cheaper, processed and sugar fuelled foods.

Let's hope this momentum continues!

IT'S TIME TO GET BACK OUT THERE - BODYWEIGHT BOOTCAMP

Spring has sprung and the days are only getting better, enjoy them even with more CO2 Fitness' Bodyweight Bootcamp!

We are pleased to announce the commencement of our well renowned Bodyweight Bootcamp taking place at Timbrell Park, Five Dock, from the 4th October.

Our Bodyweight Bootcamp promises to take your body to new extremes and we are all about Personal Bests!

The course will start on Tuesday the 4th of October and will run for 7 weeks. There will be 5 classes each week and every week we deliver something new to keep you pushing harder and further! All participants will receive a diet plan for the 7 weeks making those Summer Fitness goals that much more achievable. We will have a weigh in at the beginning and end of the Camp and the winner will get their next Bootcamp absolutely free!

Please see the schedule below, all classes are at Timbrell Park, Five Dock. The first class will be Tuesday 4th October and will continue for a 7 week period.

Saturday 7am

Prices start from just $280 - this will provide you with 2 sessions per week for 7 weeks, that's just $20 per class! Further class attendance is possible, please let us know and we will prescribe the most affective routine for you.
Please note that we do offer 'one off' classes but rather encourage you to complete the course from start to finish and take full advantage of the minimum 2 sessions per week, without a diet plan and course structure it is difficult to attain your desired goals.
