They’re eating foods that are way too calorie dense for how little they move.

Healthy doesn’t automatically mean fat loss.

A smoothie can have more calories than a full meal
A handful of nuts can turn into 500 calories real quick
And “clean eating” still won’t help if portions are through the roof

The goal isn’t to eat like a rabbit.
