🐯❤️💛 LIFE MEMBERSHIP | BRETT “DOZER” O’NEILL ❤️💛🐯
Some people volunteer for a season. Others become part of the fabric of a club.
For Brett “Dozer” O’Neill, North Beach JFC has been a huge part of his life for the past 14 years, and throughout that entire time, there hasn’t been a season where he has not put his hand up to help.
Dozer’s journey began in Auskick, where he took on the role of Auskick Coordinator and spent four years as part of the Auskick coaching group, helping introduce some of our youngest Tigers to the game we all love.
As his boys progressed through the club, so did Dozer. He became Team Manager for his son’s team, while never being too far away from the action with his second son’s team, where he continued to lend a hand for many years.
In 2021, Dozer joined the NBJFC Committee as Youth Coordinator, a role he has continued through to today. His contribution across Auskick, team management, coaching support and the committee represents more than a decade of consistent service to our players, families and club.
Year after year, role after role, Dozer has simply been there — helping wherever he was needed and giving his time to make North Beach JFC a better place for the kids coming through behind him.
It was therefore incredibly special to recognise Brett O’Neill with Life Membership of North Beach Junior Football Club. 🏅
Dozer, thank you for more than a decade of dedication, loyalty and service to the Tigers. Life Membership is one of the highest honours our club can bestow, and after everything you have given to NBJFC, it is very well deserved.
