If you’ve ever felt truly seen, believed in yourself more than you thought possible, or walked into MYP and felt instantly welcome… chances are Shay had something to do with it.
She has an extraordinary ability to connect deeply, lead with empathy, and completely transform lives.
She takes immense pride in her health and performance, not just for aesthetics or ego, but because she lives and breaths what we stand for:
when you look after yourself properly, you show up better for everyone else.
Behind the scenes, Shay carries a lot.
She is a visionary, champions our members, celebrates every win, remembers every milestone, supports our coaches, shapes the MYP experience, and somehow still keeps our home and family running with elegance amongst the madness - all while being an incredible mother to our wee man, Harvey.
MYP exists as it does, because of her elite standards. Her belief that success should never come at the cost of health. Her insistence that community is built through genuine connection. Her ability to make people dream bigger and better - instilling unwavering belief they are capable of anything, everything and much much more.
