Join in an already existing group and make new friends or
have us train a group of your own friends at a time and day that suits. Corporate training is also available when pre booked. (It's more likely you will stick to your exercise regime if you train in a group or with friends. It's varied, affordable and fun.) Mum's and Bub's fitness classes enable you to workout next to your bub. Michelle will help rehabilitate your core muscles, pelvic floor and back to assist with nursing your bub. Enjoy every moment feeling strong and balanced. Make time for yourself and give something back to your body with post natal training. (recommended for newborn-5 months only.) It's like running for arms!
1 on1 Boxing is recommend if you have never boxed before. Learn new boxing techniques and follow up with group boxing classes when your ready. Trim them down, shape the shoulders and tighten up your back. Box-fit classes target the whole body as we incorporate powder body strength with boxing circuits that are low impact, light on the knees, technique approved and great self-defence. Pilates
