Sunshine Coast Kids Yoga is offering an 8-week Kids & Teens Yoga program at North Arm State School on Thursday afternoons.
(Kids can come straight to the hall at the end of the day)

These classes support children and teens with confidence, emotional regulation, calm and resilience through mindful movement, breathing and relaxation — all in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
