Reform Fitness Hub is shutting its doors for the last time

We took a gamble and opened during the pandemic and unfortunately the lockdowns and covid restrictions from August till now have forced us to make the tough cal to close the doors

It’s been an absolute please over the last 18 months to serve everyone who came through our doors

With my personal circumstances changing and need but more importantly wanting to be more available to the kids

It became unsustainable to keep our doors open and limp through the rest of 2021 hoping 2022 would be better.

BARBELL BENT OVER ROW
COMPOUND EXERCISE - the main muscle group targeted is your back (the latissimus dorsi and rhomboids) Pulling the weight higher to your chest works your upper-back muscles, while pulling the weight closer to your waist works your mid-back muscles.
OTHER MUSCLES WORKED - Assisting muscles are your biceps as well as muscles in your shoulders and forearms. Additionally, your legs and core, the abdominal and lower back muscles contract to stabilise, or keep your body in place, while performing the exercise.
