Safety first!

Our students are constantly guided and assessed to ensure they’re not only performing their techniques correctly, but also maintaining safe positions throughout their training.
BJJ can move fast, and sometimes the adrenaline takes over! That’s why it’s so important for our kids to be aware of their actions, control their movements and, most importantly, look after their training partners.

Learning Jiu Jitsu is more than just techniques — it’s about awareness, control, respect and responsibility. 🥋❤️

To all beginners and those who lost sight of the end goal. Remember to enjoy the journey, and focus on deliberate practice - the type of practice that is purposeful and systematic!!

Professor Neto here encompasses the present, he is generously passing on his knowledge and wisdom to the next generation of young fighters like Enzo. All of it in a positive and friendly manners.
