Our training week is designed to focus on the various energy systems to create a balanced well-rounded athlete and maintain a level of constant physical readiness. The sessions are periodised to improve endurance, strength, power and flexibility whilst emphasising education on human movement for health & longevity. The room would be best suited for Phyio's, Chrio's, Masseuses, Osteo's etc.

Each class offers various upper, mid and lower body exercises are prescribed to increase full body strength and mobility. Gymnastic rings exercise discs, high bars, stall bars, exercise bands, ropes and your own body are used during these sessions. The focus of the class is to get your body moving in all three planes of motion and increase your heart rate. Expect the implementation of bands, ladders, hurdles, markers, medballs & ropes. The class is run by three different instructors during the week allowing for a unique approach towards Cardio & Agility.

From 7:30am Saturday 5th December WSL longboard tour surfer and Pro Movement instructor will be hosting an in-depth fitness session prescribed to complement your surfing. The intensive 90 minute workshop will cover areas of physicality that is specialised purley to maximising your ability of riding a longboard.
