A huge congratulations to Bev on completing her 25th session today! ๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸŒŸ

Since joining the club, Bev has been incredibly consistent and has made training a regular part of her routine. Itโ€™s always great to see her training alongside her sister, and every now and then she joins us for a relaxing yoga session too. ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Š

Reaching 25 sessions is a fantastic milestone and a reflection of the effort, commitment, and positive attitude Bev brings each week.

There was plenty of energy, laughter, and a little friendly competition in the club this morning as we put our Blaze Pods to work with a fast feet challenge! ๐Ÿ‘ฃโšก

Everyone got right into it, pushing themselves to beat their scores while enjoying plenty of friendly banter and encouragement along the way. Itโ€™s amazing how a little competition can bring out that extra bit of effort!

Not only are Blaze Pods great fun, but they also help improve reaction time, coordination, agility, and fitnessโ€”all while keeping workouts engaging and enjoyable.

When you train, one of the best ways to get results is learning how to listen to your body โ€” not just push randomly. Thatโ€™s where the **RPE Scale (Rate of Perceived Exertion)** helps.

Itโ€™s a simple scale from **1 (very easy)** to **10 (maximum effort)** that helps you understand how hard youโ€™re really working.

Weโ€™re excited to officially introduce our EFM Tri Team as we prepare for the big event on **1st November**!

๐Ÿ’ฅ Rick is taking on the ๐Ÿƒrun leg
๐Ÿ’ฅ Mary L๐ŸŠis powering through the swim leg
๐Ÿ’ฅ I will be handling the ride ๐Ÿšดโ€โ™€๏ธ

This Sunday was the start of the journey for me โ€” I got out for my first ride with John and Leslie L putting in around 30km. It was my first time back on a road bike in about 18 years, and honestlyโ€ฆ I absolutely enjoyed it! ๐Ÿ™Œ

Thereโ€™s still plenty of work ahead to build fitness and confidence on the bike, but thatโ€™s all part of the challenge and the excitement leading into race day.

Weโ€™ll be keeping you all updated as the training continues and sharing what each member of the team is up to as we get closer to the **1st of November**.
