Classes as follows:
8.00am step
8.30am sprint
9.15am rpm
9.15am body attack (impromptu class)
Normal class timetable resumes Tuesday.

5.30pm boxing is cancelled tonight. Our lovely Abbie is unwell (rest up Ab’s).
We apologise for the inconvenience.
You can still get your cardio kick by riding 5.30pm RPM with our machine- Liz 😃

Hi members,
For tomorrow’s cycle classes it will be first in for a bike. We will take bookings tomorrow for Tuesday/Wednesday classes.
Look forward to seeing all our amazing members tomorrow, and getting our fit back on 👏😀💪

Hi members,
Due to Govt decision of 3 day lock down in Noosa Shire, there will be full club lockdown until Tuesday. 24/7 access is being disabled from 4pm today.
Stay safe everyone 💜

At this stage, Saturday classes will run as normal.
