Client Results Celebration 🎉

Just over 12 months ago this amazing energy walked into our beloved NoosaFit Gym ….Tracey McCallister ♥️
Now, as many people do on a daily basis she came through our doors looking for guidance in taking back control over her own health & fitness.
Our infamous manager Tina , greeted Tracey, as always, with a mountain of positive encouragement & Tracey knew in that moment that she had found her safe space to achieve all her goals.
With Tracey’s beaming smile, Tina knew that she was going to accomplish great things with my guidance, coaching & motivation.
Over the last 12 months I can say hand on heart that Tracey has followed my plans for her with passion, determination & so much contagious joy 💫
Even with a challenge of Tracey’s decent list of past & present injuries that we needed to work with, repair & strengthen….nothing was going to get in her way!
At 55 years of age & with an amazing supportive husband, (also part of the JM Crew), she has “so far” dropped 10kg, taken 30cm off her waist & gained some great looking muscle tone 🤩
It needs to also be mentioned that Tracey has become one of the strongest ladies I have ever trained as she continues to blow me away with her strength capabilities 💪🏻
Tracey & I have worked as a team with a mix of strength, HIIT, boxing & “consistency”.
We have dialled into her nutrition & supplement plans & addressed issues where her hormones may have been affecting her body & mind.
When Tracey first started she didn’t have a plan…..that’s my job 😜……but she knew she owed it to herself to feel the best she's ever felt, to look the best she's ever looked & to love herself more than she ever has.
In my opinion she is gradually stepping into this radiant, confident version of herself that is making the past version of her so unbelievably proud…..as it should.
Tracey is a wonderful reminder that beautiful things happen when you go all in on yourself, when you make your health & fitness a priority and in turn she lives her life with gratitude & a beautiful big smile 😃
For Tracey this is just the beginning yet I am super proud of her dedication to the process…..we are so excited for what’s next.

Most of you know our amazing member & friend Stu.

Stu’s beautiful wife Ashleigh has suffered a sudden and serious medical emergency and is currently in the Royal Brisbane Hospital.
Stu has had to pause work and bring their three boys to Brisbane to be by her side. We are so proud to see their oldest Harry really step up for his Dad and younger brothers in this very tough time.

HAPPIEST OF BIRTHDAYS TINA 🎂🎉💞

On behalf of all our gym members, Alister, Anna, Jason & the INVINCIBLE NOOSAFIT PT TEAM ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We would like to show our appreciation for the Queen of our gym… as without this lady we truely wouldn’t have our Noosafit Family…. Tina, Tina T, Miss T….T Dog…the first beautiful cheeky face you see at the front desk when you enter our playground.

We must add with this Queens Crown, comes great responsibility….from making everyone feel welcome & supported, to your chief counsellor/psychologist , your personal assistant, the gyms extreme hygiene technician, your personal cheer squad, your content creator, peace maker & all round making sure that you leave our gym feeling better than you did when you first arrived….

The extraordinary thing is, Tina does all of this everyday not because she has to, but because she genuinely cares about all of us…..

Tina is an exceptionally rare human & this will always be her super power ….how lucky we all are to have Tina… our Manager, the GOAT, MVP, VIP & BOSS LADY… being there for us on the daily, making our gym like our second home & so much more ….more than she will ever know.

Tina we appreciate you….your time, energy, compassion, patience, strength, resilience & your ability to do all the things.

You undeniably deserve & have

What a day!!! in Sunny Coast! A race for individuals and pairs 💪🏻
It was HOT HOT HOT 🥵 a stark contrast to Saturdays rain 🙄

I stepped in last minute not fit enough and not prepared but hey that’s what you do for friends 🤪 Jane absolutely kept me going as many times I thought I was going to 🤮. Jane didn’t have any expectation of me and supported me the whole time and even took ‘many’ of my turns. Thank you Jane 🙏🏻
can’t wait to see you smash this next time! It’s absolutely your wheel house with Jane

For now I am in compression boots hoping I can walk tomorrow 😂

Joking aside it was great to see such a range of fitness levels.
