Hi, our incredible members Melissa and Ash’s daughter Izzy recently got selected to compete in Cairns for the AFL state titles, and from there out of 200 kids competing she was selected for the QLD State team. She will now travel to Canberra in August, to represent Queensland and compete in the AFL National titles over 9 days

Liam has joined our incredible Personal Training Team!

With 15+ years of experience in the gym and a background performing in Las Vegas, Liam has developed a passion for helping people build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that last a lifetime.

His approach is centred around longevity, sustainable results, and creating a safe, welcoming environment where people feel comfortable showing up as they are. Liam believes fitness should improve your quality of life, not become something you dread or feel pressured by.

Whether you’re completely new to training or looking to take your fitness to the next level, my goal is to help you change the way you think about exercise, focusing less on punishment and aesthetics and more on feeling stronger, moving better, and enjoying the process.

Client Results Celebration 🎉

Just over 12 months ago this amazing energy walked into our beloved NoosaFit Gym ….Tracey McCallister ♥️
Now, as many people do on a daily basis she came through our doors looking for guidance in taking back control over her own health & fitness.
Our infamous manager Tina , greeted Tracey, as always, with a mountain of positive encouragement & Tracey knew in that moment that she had found her safe space to achieve all her goals.
With Tracey’s beaming smile, Tina knew that she was going to accomplish great things with my guidance, coaching & motivation.
Over the last 12 months I can say hand on heart that Tracey has followed my plans for her with passion, determination & so much contagious joy 💫
Even with a challenge of Tracey’s decent list of past & present injuries that we needed to work with, repair & strengthen….nothing was going to get in her way!
At 55 years of age & with an amazing supportive husband, (also part of the JM Crew), she has “so far” dropped 10kg, taken 30cm off her waist & gained some great looking muscle tone 🤩
It needs to also be mentioned that Tracey has become one of the strongest ladies I have ever trained as she continues to blow me away with her strength capabilities 💪🏻
Tracey & I have worked as a team with a mix of strength, HIIT, boxing & “consistency”.
We have dialled into her nutrition & supplement plans & addressed issues where her hormones may have been affecting her body & mind.
When Tracey first started she didn’t have a plan…..that’s my job 😜……but she knew she owed it to herself to feel the best she's ever felt, to look the best she's ever looked & to love herself more than she ever has.
In my opinion she is gradually stepping into this radiant, confident version of herself that is making the past version of her so unbelievably proud…..as it should.
Tracey is a wonderful reminder that beautiful things happen when you go all in on yourself, when you make your health & fitness a priority and in turn she lives her life with gratitude & a beautiful big smile 😃
For Tracey this is just the beginning yet I am super proud of her dedication to the process…..we are so excited for what’s next.

Most of you know our amazing member & friend Stu.

Stu’s beautiful wife Ashleigh has suffered a sudden and serious medical emergency and is currently in the Royal Brisbane Hospital.
Stu has had to pause work and bring their three boys to Brisbane to be by her side. We are so proud to see their oldest Harry really step up for his Dad and younger brothers in this very tough time.
