🎡 Noosa Show Day is this Friday, 11 September.

Good news, we're OPEN and classes are running as normal.

Whether you're heading to the show or making the most of the day off, make sure you schedule a class into your day and fit in a full-body workout at KX.

And if you've got the kids home, don't forget that school-aged children are now welcome to wait in reception while you get your workout in. We just ask that they remain in reception (not the studio), and if they're having an off day and become disruptive, we may ask you to finish your class early so everyone can enjoy their workout.

Spots won't last long, so jump into the app and book your class.

MEET SARAH 👋🏼🤍

We’re so excited to welcome Sarah H to the KX Pilates Noosa team.

Her teaching style? Supportive, fun and just the right amount of spice 🌶️

When she’s not at KX Pilates, you’ll find her riding one of her three horses, spending time with family and friends, travelling (with Maps permanently open 🗺️😂) or trying not to demolish an entire bag of chips.

Her favourite moves? Light lunging series and pull-ups on the power bar 🔥

She'll be teaching Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings, so book a class and say hi.
