I wondered into the forest to find the woman I am.

The trees showed me my spirit.

The soil showed me my soul.

The leaves showed me how to dance and the wind told me of the courage I would need to keep going.

The flowers perfume filled my nose and my body with the essence of love.

The animals showed me the importance of community and protection.

And as I sat and listened deeply, something inside me was conceived and began to grow.

Fertile with hope, I sprang to my feet and ran barefoot towards the sun…knowing that the pulse of the heart of the earth is the energy that flows through the river of my veins.

I came alive, my wild hair flying in the wind.

I have found what I was seeking…

The salty tears of the ocean fill my eyes as I realise…

I am free.

Today I finished my Masters… Avery was somewhere around 6 months old when I began studying psychotherapy. He’s 4.5 now…

The time goes by regardless of what you do with it, regardless of present you are… or are not…

Endings and beginnings, natural junctions in our lives. At times the roller coaster slows and at others it feels like it might fly of the hinges..

I’m grateful for the wisdom, the vision, the reflection and hopeful about the future 🕊️

Never doubting yourself

There’s a lot going on in the world right now…

It can feel overwhelming to hold unresolvable tensions without seeking resolution, things take time and calling on our will to constantly remember to surrender and trust.

The inherent reason for such tension is that, this is the one and only way that loves enters, a love that is greater than any of our desires. We do not do love, in spite of our glorification of the possibility of loving. Our desire is too confused for us to love otherwise than out of our own self-orientated desires. The purifying power of love enters through the opening, the soul space created by holding impossible contradictions.

Love is not mere feeling, but the very essence of the action of the spiritual soul. It is what the spiritual soul does. Love is not desire already purified, it is desire in process of being purified.

What if Love was enough…
What if standing in our own two shoes was exactly right…
What if everything was perfectly orchestrated to our best possible outcome of time on this planet…

If we remembered we are the daughters and sons of the great mother…we are held

Maybe then we wouldn’t suffer so much…

Maybe pain wouldn’t be such a commonality…

Maybe there would be more acceptance and compassion…

Maybe right here is the perfect place to be. Right now is exactly the right time…

And you are EXACTLY who you were meant to be.❤️‍🩹

This is truly how I feel….

How do we make sense of anything, what do we say when the children ask questions about what’s happening in the world around them?

There’s no one answer.

Slow…still…listen… breathe…act from the heart and do the best you can…one day at a time.❤️

Praying we can all live with more Love, each and everyday.

How do I become free?

How do I break free?

Don’t comply!
Don’t worry
Don’t get involved in the drama
Don’t stress
Don’t feel like you need to save anyone or anything

Just sit…Remember…Hold…Remember…Connect…Love…Notice…Remember Love

Sit with reverence and deep respect for life.

Hold compassion in your heart for the healing of all, and act from that place.

Connect to truth, truth of nature, the trees, the ocean, animals, the earth

Notice anything that arises…then let it go

Love deeply with every fibre of your being.
