Proof that you CAN do it all. Be a full time mum to 2 beautiful babies, run your own business, get strong AF & look hot doing it.

Michelle wanted to grow her glutes and get definition in her stomach, but struggled with time, motivation, lack of accountability and knowing what to do.

My incredible client came to me wanting to lose body fat & to feel better in her own skin.

I created a structured strength training plan to help her not only achieve her fat loss goals, but also to build up her strength & muscle.

Her plan doesnโ€™t include anything crazy & my client only spends between 45 minutes - 60 minutes in the gym for her sessions.

We are now focusing on more strength based / performance based goals including working on her unassisted pull ups, whilst still ensuring she is building as much lean muscle mass as she can.

With the right plan & consistency, you can achieve INCREDIBLE RESULTS!

Progress definitely doesnโ€™t happen overnight, but I saw the biggest changes when I stuck to the basics: focusing on proper form and progressive overload.

You donโ€™t need to do 100 random exercises to see results.
You donโ€™t need to spend hours with a b***y band.

Instead, focus on the fundamentals:
โœ… Master the basic movements
โœ… Progress weekly
โœ… Follow a structured training plan
