The beloved parachute! In our classes we use the parachute for many things
1. Activities were we follow the music to work on listening to instructions
2. Touch, sound and feel. We place the parachute on the floor for participants to feel, crunch and listen to the sounds it makes.

Welcome to Dance Abilities Noosa, here is a bit about us!

The benefits of our program will be enormous. Not only are the participants improving their health in the form of exercise, but it's a wonderful social platform for all and positively impacts participants families and the community at large.

Our program is kindly sponsored by Performing Arts Factory. PAF is one of the coasts leading dance schools and they have kindly taken us under their wing and showed us how to create a positive dance space. They also are allowing us to use their studio to run the program.

Dance Abilities is a fun-filled introduction to dance filled with activities designed to develop dancer's physical skills (including gross motor and fine motor coordination, strength, balance and stamina), communication skills, rhythm and musicality, self-expression and independence. Our program is an all inclusive introduction to dance and movement.

All teachers have blue cards, yellow cards, first aid, CPR and national police checks. If you have any questions feel free to follow us on Instagram just type in our name!
