I hear a version of this nearly every week from someone coming to our classes.

Working deeply and with focus is no joke.
Fluidity in a class keeps your rate up.
Building endurance is challening.

But it doesn't require leaving you completley spent or on a workout equivalent of a 'sugar high' that has you crashing later on and ravenous.

When you come to Pilates on Hastings be prepared to sweat, to work on improving your stamina, your balance, and your mind-body connection.

Come on in. It's really not that complicated (or scary).
Your body was designed to move. And sure, perhaps it's been a while.
Perhaps you've had some nasty experiences (haven't we all).
Perhaps it's alway felt a little too much.
Perhaps there's always been 'baggage' attached to the idea of exercising. You can choose to let that go.
And instead move purely because it feels good.
No goal. Other than to have some time to yourself.

You can do that. You can come to a studio class simply because you like it. No need to have to punish yourself, prove or fix anything.

I can tell you from experience (of myself and 100's of women I've met over the years in class) that this attitude establishes consistency, and a 'long-game' approach to wellbeing.

Pilates on Hastings is kind movement, in a restorative setting.

Pilates for Beginners Series *Starting Oct 14th* in Noosa Heads.

This is the perfect 3 week series for those new to Pilates, those returning after time away from practicing or just those who want to slow down and fine tune the basics.

This class is a slower pace to our general mat class and we provide you with the tools to build a strong foundation in your breath and within the repertoire.

Every Friday at 8am starting on the 14th through to and including the 28th of Oct.

Busy being busy.

Living in your head.

Trying to figure it all out in your head to then plan ahead.

Yet feeling stuck so you never feel like you’re moving forwards or that you’re making the “right” choice.

And so perhaps you’re frustrated. Emotionally exhausted and anxious.

This is exactly the state that I was in for about 3 years after the birth of my son. It sucked big time and I basically thought this was the new normal.

Then came The Movement. It shifted everything when it came to movement and embodiment.

It was challenging, therapeutic & liberating. And it helped me notice, sense & release tension I didn't realise I was even carrying.

The Movement changed the way I facilitate all of my classes. And it’s a way of presenting movement in the way I’ve always seen it – as a way of feeling freedom in your body, witnessing its strength, releasing emotional tension, and having a little fun with an inviting community.

It can help you be kind, curious and accepting of who you are, instead of always striving to be who you think you should be.

It's time to move, soothe, connect and renew. Our mini morning retreat is the perfect (quick) escape if you have been prioritising the needs of those around you and perhaps neglecting yourself (for too long) in the process.
Remember that you are not just a worker, mother, a friend, a daughter or a sister.

You are a beautiful woman that deserves to feel inspired, rejuvenated, connected and celebrated.

This is about time just for you to know that mess and all, you are enough, just as you are. That you’re doing your best.
You just need to replenish your energy to remember that.

I’m so excited to share this collab with you all. Combining with dried blooms with bubbles .folk .

Is there actually a better trio out there?!?!

I’ll kick things of with The Movement. The Movement is a unique embodiment practice combining coaching with movement to connect women with their body's natural cycles to better navigate their energy, emotions and exercise. You might recognise some postures if you're familiar with barre, dance, somatics or embodiment, but this isn't yoga and it isn't fitness. This is The Movement. It's unlike anything else.

Straight after we are going to move into some creative play with dried florals, creating a unique wall feature. There will be a spread of nibbles. Just BYO fermented grapes! This will be a really beautiful time to simply be in the moment.

As we keep saying the purpose of isn’t fitness.
It’s emotional release, slowing the pace and experiencing yourself away from the day to day.

I love holding space .folk it’s cosy, beautiful and fun.
