This is exactly the state that I was in for about 3 years after the birth of my son. It sucked big time and I basically thought this was the new normal.
Then came The Movement. It shifted everything when it came to movement and embodiment.
It was challenging, therapeutic & liberating. And it helped me notice, sense & release tension I didn't realise I was even carrying.
The Movement changed the way I facilitate all of my classes. And it’s a way of presenting movement in the way I’ve always seen it – as a way of feeling freedom in your body, witnessing its strength, releasing emotional tension, and having a little fun with an inviting community.
It can help you be kind, curious and accepting of who you are, instead of always striving to be who you think you should be.
