At SOMA, we have always been dedicated to empowering people globally to live the quality of life they choose and to give hope to those who feel they have limited options. With the increased levels of stress in our community globally, the importance of being able to reduce the stress in the bodies tissues is vital for ongoing wellness.
As Industry Leaders, we feel we have a social responsibility to share our expertise publicly to assist in helping reduce the stress you may be experiencing at this time. We will be publishing signature SOMA self-care and tissue-management techniques regularly on our SOMA platforms that you can practically apply on yourself, your clients and your loved ones to assist in reducing inflammation and stress in the tissues. Stress that you might not even know is there.
We don’t expect for you to understand how to identify the stress responses in your tissues entirely without having completed our Immersions, but if you take our word for it and practically apply our tips, we think you will find that they address the particularly common stressed tissues of the body and result in positive outcomes. Better yet, these are lifelong techniques you can implement into your personal or professional career, anywhere and anytime for the rest of your life.
Stress has the potential to influence disease, so when you can’t control what’s happening, control the way you respond to what’s happening
