3 WEEK TRANSFORMATION. Beverly has been a client of mine for a few years, and we’ve accomplished a lot ranging from building strength, boxing, prehab and rehab for knee injury/surgery and learning new exercise movements. And currently we are focused on building a greater endurance base and toning up. Here are some changes:
1) Down 4% body fat
2) Less fatigued during workouts
3) More energy and hardly drinking coffee
4) Feeling less bloated

Here’s a few tips Beverly has implemented to get these results:
~ Small tweaks to my nutrition throughout the week
~ Having a structure with planned workouts and meals
~ Increasing active time by walking more when possible

4 WEEKS TRANSFORMATION. Here’s the changes that I’ve experienced the last 4 weeks just by sticking and following the plan I set myself. I’ve shared what I’ve done in my story the processes I’ve executed, but in a snapshot:
1. I’m down 8% body fat
2. I’ve gained 4kg in muscle mass
3. Lifting heavier weights
4. Running faster

If I were to give you tips to help with you progress and reach your Level 10 best, these are:
~ Stay disciplined
~ Give your body the right fuel
~ Do the planned exercises and increase unintentional movements
~ Embrace and reflect on the small wins
