Welcome to BASE PHASE 👊
Over the coming weeks, we’re focusing on the fundamentals that drive performance. This phase is designed to prepare you for our upcoming assessment exercises: Overhead Press, Lunge, and Sprint.
Here’s what we’ll be building:
• Greater strength and stability overhead
• Improved balance, control, and confidence through lunges
• Better sprint mechanics, posture, and power output
• A stronger aerobic foundation to support overall performance
Expect purposeful conditioning, technical coaching, and plenty of opportunities to sharpen your movement quality. The goal is simple: build a solid foundation now so you’re ready to perform when the intensity increases.
