Perfect for post-workout recovery or a quick high-protein breakfast — tastes elite and fuels strong results.

🧾 Ingredients:
• 1 scoop chocolate protein
• 1 tbsp peanut or hazelnut butter
• 1 small frozen banana
• 1 tbsp cacao powder
• 200–250ml almond milk
• Ice cubes
• (Optional: 5g creatine, 1 tbsp chia seeds, ½ tsp cinnamon)

🥤 Method:
1️⃣ Add all ingredients into a blender
2️⃣ Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth & thick
3️⃣ Add more ice for thickness or more milk for a smoother texture
4️⃣ Pour into a glass, snap your pic, enjoy the gains
