PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD 💪💪
After having a chat with one of our instructors yesterday about progressive overload and now today finding myself moving a set of well used 50kg DB’s I’m really proud that our system promotes progressive overload (because science) and facilitates it….
We didn’t own these DB’s until last year because we didn’t need them. But as more and more members followed our program they got stronger and to be true to our system we needed to re-invest to keep exposing our members to progressive overload (in this case more weight).
If your goal is to get stronger and build more muscle mass (can be different things can do both) you need a system that exposes you to progressive overload 💪💪
Big shout out to all our crew who lift more weight now then they ever thought they could 🖤
