Ocean Farm Fitness Coming in 2023. Personal Training, Group Fitness, Bootcamps. I have worked in many industries to pay the bills and ensure my family is provided for.

I am a forty something year old female with two wonderful children, in their twenties who are making me proud and confronting the adulting world face on. My fitness passion started before my children were born, and for most of their life exercise has been my private solace and time just for me! Now they’re all grown, I am free to indulge in my fitness goals and to share my knowledge and support ot

hers to get fit & improve their physical and mental wellbeing through exercise. As your personal trainer I can offer you realistic goals and expectations. No one is perfect, we are often time poor, cash strapped and indulging in foods we know we really shouldn’t be. My services to you include, group fitness sessions, Personal Training, Bootcamps, a fully equipped fitness studio and online support through my app, Trainerize. I can offer flexible support options at times and prices to suit your needs.

Christmas is often the time we over indulge in food and drink, and exercise is the last thing on our mind. It is possible to enjoy the Christmas festivities and not tip the scales too far.
Here are a few tips;
1. Games - Enjoy the outdoors, and have a family game of cricket or beach volleyball. Try to stay as active as possible.
2. Portion control - Select a smaller plate and use your plate as a measuring tool.
- 1/2 plate, veggies and salad.
- 1/4 plate, protein such as, poultry, fish, eggs, tofu, beans, and pulses.
- 1/4 plate, whole grains and starchy veg, such as potatos, whole grain rice and pasta.
- 1/2 tbsp, fats, including butter, oil, and cheese.
3. Limit the liquid calories - Select low cal or unsweetened mixers. Use herbs or fresh lemon and lime for extra flavor. Light beer is a great option, lower in calories and hopefully less of a hangover.
