A huge congrats to the members who compete in the event at Essendon. For some it was about learning how to recover after a play in the water, wash riding, sticking to the bunch and more.

Saturdays at the club are great. We started with a committee meeting attended by fantastic volunteers who keep the GCC ticking over.
This was followed by a paddle by some whilst others completed erecting the signs out the front of the club. A huge thank you to Michael and Col.

Thomas had his last training session with Sean before he flies to the Gold Coast in preparation for the World junior sprint championships in Canada. Thomas is packed and ready to go. We wish you all the best.
