As the temperatures drop, we’re creating a space to slow down, soften, and settle in.
Join Sabrina each Tuesday at 6:15pm for Gentle Flow by Candlelight… a nourishing one-hour practice designed to help you unwind from the day and ease into the evening.
Expect gentle movement, a warm and welcoming room, flickering candlelight, and an extra-long savasana. We’ll have blankets, bolsters, and pillows ready for you, so all you need to do is arrive and get cosy.
Whether you’re looking to release tension, calm your mind, or simply enjoy a moment of stillness, this class is your invitation to embrace the slower rhythm of winter.
