On the 16th of May, at the Heyfield Heyfield Vintage Machinery Rally, we had a photoshoot with Ash from Brookleigh Photography.

These are some of her awesome pictures that have really captured the essence of the event for us.
It was a great week away, as a family, showing the Roller off in its old territory.

The latest addition to the fleet. A 2” scale Durham traction engine. Millie is convinced it’s hers…. Love how she naturally plays the whistle.

Our 4 year old daughter Amelia is amazing. All of these photo's were taken by her, on her very own little pink camera.
Armed with it and a card that could hold a lot of photo's, she took 408 over our week away, and these are some of the best.

Super proud of her, and her talents.

80 years in the making…. 13th May 2026

“They say that there is nothing in Maffra for visitors to see, so why not put our gold-plated steam roller in the street for them to look at?” 1st Constable Emmerson as quoted in the Gippsland Times (Vic) 1-8-1946 (page 5).

We did that, and then some!
