It’s the beginning of a new era for EHPT, I just completed my first shift at Changez Health and Fitness
I’m really excited to be joining the amazing team of health practitioners at this awesome practice, wherever you are on your health, fitness and wellbeing journey Changez has you covered.
* Physiotherapy
* Exercise Physiology
* Personal training
* Nutritionist.

The belief at Changes is that everybody’s fitness needs are different, so every person through the door has their own custom-made fitness program/plan 100% personally designed and coached for them– regardless of fitness level or age.

I’ll be working there every Monday evening and Wednesday morning for the foreseeable future.

Little trail run for a Friday afternoon. With Football season starting next month and myself decided we would get a few Km’s into the legs before we go back. 3 loops of Springwood Conservation Park (which Includes the dreaded Stairs of Death 💀) isn’t bad for a start. Nice work Tadgh🏃🏻‍♂️ ⚽️

It’s awesome to see Desley setting a great example of Health and Fitness for Eden, it’s also fantastic to see the enthusiasm Eden has to exercise with her mother.

Children are easily influenced by the world around them, and more-so than anything else, they are influenced by the actions of their role models. With 1 in 4 kids in Australia aged 2-17 overweight or obese, as their parent and/or guardian through their early years, it's important to set a good example for them in daily life so that they may grow up learning how important health and fitness is.
